We’re Back !
And next year year it’s going to be better than ever!
We still have the old favourites like the Busking Competition. We’ll have pub sessions, open mic slots, kids entertainment….there will be plenty going on. Check out the kids entertainment to see what we have to keep the young ‘uns (and old) occupied.
This program is a work in progress and cannot be taken as a definitive layout of the weekend’s events. The final program will be up and available to download soon.
Friday 28th August 2015
Opening the festival from 7.00pm will be Bladnoch Acoustica & James Murray, followed by Heimve, Bellevue Rendezvous then Skerryvore
Sat 29th August 2015
From midday: open mic sessions together with performers from the local area, Junk Music and Dance workshops from Michael Freeman and Emma Louise Dance Club
Busking Competition in Wigtown
From 6.30 pm: the King of Buskers will open the evening followed by the Kings of Cheeze, Blabbermouth and Joanne Shaw Taylor
Sun 30th August 2015
From midday: the last day will open with a performance from the Emma Louise Dancers based on a homecoming theme filmed for the West Sound vodcast, followed by open mic sessions together with performers from the local area. Junk Music and Dance workshops from Michael Freeman and Emma Louise Dance Club
Sunday evening will feature The Fortunate Sons, Adrian Byron Burns and Connie Lush and the Unit 7 ALL STARS

Doors open each evening at 6.30pm
Afternoon £3, Evening £15, Day (pm and eve) £17
Camping will be available at BLADNOCH PARK at a cost of £6.00 per night or £15 for the weekend (email for more details)
